    All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Since we use trusted third-party suppliers (including AliExpress), fulfillment times may vary slightly depending on product availability.

  2. Shipping Times
    Most items ship directly from our fulfillment partners and typically arrive within:

  • 7–20 business days for U.S. orders (average delivery time: 10–15 days)

  • Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order ships

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs or carrier issues

  1. Shipping Costs
    We offer flat-rate or free shipping on most U.S. orders. Any shipping fees will be calculated and shown at checkout.

  2. Tracking Your Order
    You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking to update once the package is in transit.

  3. Split Shipments
    Because we work with multiple suppliers, items in your order may arrive separately. Don’t worry — they’re all on their way.

  4. Incorrect Address
    Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. We’re not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order for address corrections.

  5. Lost or Delayed Packages
    If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days of shipment, please contact us at support@spiritsupply.co and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

  6. International Shipping
    At this time, we only ship within the United States.
